Are you interested in delivering high quality customer service for our Swedish and Baltic customers? We are now looking for a Junior Corporate Client Executive for a year-long temporary position in our corporate department in Helsinki.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Act as local customer manager for Swedish and Baltic companies with subsidiaries / business in Finland. This includes for example answering inquiries and identifying needs to ensure smooth processes for customers.
  • Participate in internal meetings as a Finnish representative as well as giving support in customer meetings.
  • Support your colleagues within Nordic Business and in the Branch with both credit administrations and everyday business support such as document handling, investigation and responding of different types of inquiries.

What is needed in this role:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
  • Interest in providing high quality customer experience even under pressure and ambition to exceed customers' expectations.
  • Experience as a Business Advisor and a good knowledge of banking product range.
  • Educational, social, and outgoing personality creating trust in customer meetings.
  • Willingness to perform administrative tasks in a manual environment.
  • Strong business drive and interest in learning more about the Nordic banking market.
  • Ability to work both independently.
  • A team player who finds it easy to collaborate in Finnish, Swedish and English with your colleagues and clients remotely and eventually face-to-face.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
