Are you passionate about marketing and have knowledge about private clients segment?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

    • Support 5 customer programs tailored to different customer segments
    • Be responsible for Loyalty promotion solutions tailored to each customer segment: Youth Prize Program, selected partner offers, collaborations, etc.
    • Plan and fulfil Marketing campaigns and activities related to customers attraction, onboarding and loyalty increase
    • and much more!

You will be the person who knows how to touch Swedbank's private clients hearts best. And they are very diverse – from primary school children to seniors of honourable age, from students who have just received their first salary to the most famous Lithuanian basketball players.


What is needed in this role:

    • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2C area - you should make decisions based on your previous experience and know main marketing priciples;
    • Team leadership skills - you will lead different scope of projects in various teams;
    • Proven ability to effectively manage agencies work (social media, PR, media) - working with agencies will be yours daily routine;
    • Experience of stakeholders management - presentations and public speaking skills are must;
    • Strategical thinking along with ownership mindset and decision making skills - you will be a visioner, many decisions will rely on your shoulders;
    • Ability multitask and produce high-quality work - you'll have to deal with 3-5 projects at the same time;
    • Fluency in Lithuanian and English - as you'll work in international team;
    • Creativity and abstract thinking - as for marketeer these skills should lead you in your daily activities.
