We want to welcome a talented and motivated team player to join our cross-functional team of professionals from Lithuania, Latvia & Estonia! The team members who are dealing with payments engine are the ones going extra mile to come up with software delivery at a high quality and stability. As the area is complex, you will face new things almost every day, getting a frank and professional support from your closest colleagues. SEPA, ISO20022, SWIFT are some of keywords describing services provided by Baltic Payments.
You primarily would focus to provide day to day maintenance and support of payment IT systems & applications to ensure stable and high-quality delivery of payments services to our customers. Primary activities to be carried out within service requests and incident process.
You would work to keep our IT services up to technology standards, by executing technical lifecycle activities and bringing proposals for improvements to raise the quality, reduce complexity and improve maintenance efficiency. You would be responsible to improve service modelling and continuously update existing and mandatory service documentation. You would participate in on-call duty.
About you:
- Higher education (or acquiring) in IT or work experience in similar role
- It’s a merit if you have knowledge in payments domain
- You are open to analyse, troubleshoot and support
- You can professionally deal with stressful situations where time is critical and multi-tasking is inevitable
- You have experience and knowledge on ITIL processes
- You’re able to interact with Oracle database & have at least novice skills in Java
- Have a confidence working Agile
- You are team-oriented and have collaborative way of working as a mindset
- You wish to work in international team and use English as a working language
