Team Manager, Data Lake Engineering

Are you passionate about people, tech and data? We are now looking for an experienced Team manager within Data Lake Engineering guild to take the next step in our engineering transformation journey

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• As a Team Manager you are responsible for developing & leading AI Engineering team comprising of ML, DevOps & DataOps engineers.

• To build AI engineering Operating model for delivering a robust & analytical capability across the entire organization

• HR responsibility: provide support in diverse HR related matters, competence development and new recruitments
• Salary and PD-talk for direct reports
• Coaching and supporting your team in diverse matters
• Actively contribute to the development of the learning culture

• Ensuring adequate staffing, competence, and workforce planning

What is needed in this role:

We are currently part of the transformation. You will play a key role in this transformation; therefore its important that you are flexible & extremely driven to make this transformation a success

We believe that you have:

• Previous experience from leadership and staff responsibility
• Familiar with SAFe agile methodology and workflow
• Have had experience in building an AI engineering operating model in the past organizations
• Very good knowledge of the organization in Sweden, preferably having a wide network of contacts in the relevant area of Advanced Analytics & AI
• have experience in agile environment, team collaboration, data-driven development, reliable and responsible experimentation
• you are a team player, solution-driven and open-minded, with a passion for continuous improvement
