In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- As Deputy CPO in the Corporate solution ART, lead the execution of the Strategic Initiative 7 with the formal responsibility as Program Coordinator and as such, cooperate and communicate with stakeholders in many different Business Areas and Group Functions
- Work in an environment where we have the competences needed to build solutions front to back
- Share the responsibility to prioritize the backlog for a newly created Agile Release Train with crucial deliveries for our corporate offering but also securing the stability in some of the bank’s core systems including the bank’s mass-payment and salary systems and our deposits system – servicing all customer segments of the bank
- Take part of a Product Management with great variety of expertise in the Cash Management area where we take pride in sharing knowledge
- Support teams to understand how the Agile Release Train contribute to the bank’s Strategic Direction so the teams can proactively build customer-oriented solutions
What is needed in this role:
- A genuine interest in development of the Cash Management area
- Experience from coordinating large program/initiatives spanning over several business areas and teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills
- Experience from managing agile teams at scale preferably following SAFe Framework
- Ability to build networks and work collaboratively in a geographically distributed and diverse environment.
- Knowledge and experience from managing external suppliers
- Fluency in English; verbal and written.
