Area Manager
Are you passionate about Savings and Investments and developing Swedbank business in this area?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Follow business performance, customer trends and needs in Savings and Investments business area.
- Represent the area towards sales and marketing, communications and offering counterparties in Lithuania.
- Lead and participate in various projects and initiatives both in Lithuania as well as on the Baltic level in order to raise client awareness, attract new customers and grow existing customers satisfaction with our Savings and Investments services.
- Act as business owner and ensure support towards a certain investment solutions to private customers in Lithuania. Support and improve product interfaces in digital channels, participate in IT development projects in both local and Baltic level.
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration or another proof of knowledge in Finance area.
- Strong expertise and experience related to the Savings and Investments area.
- Project management & stakeholder management experience, collaborating with diverse groups of counterparts.
- Experience in Client relationship management, or client needs analysis is beneficial.
- Experience in product development and IT projects implementation is also a bonus.
