Junior Specialist in HR

In this role at Swedbank, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work in an international environment with many skilled colleagues.
- Support HR Project Manager with various projects: preparation of communication and presentations.
- Provide administrative support for training sessions and development programs.
- Collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team on employer branding initiatives.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
What you need for this role:
- A higher education or be a student in your final years.
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills with a strong focus on customer needs.
- Ability to prioritize work tasks effectively.
- Excellent written communication skills; ability to express information straightforwardly and clearly.
- Proficiency in both Lithuanian and English languages, both written and spoken.
- Ambition and eagerness to learn new things and continuously develop yourself.
- Creativity and experience or interest in employer branding strategies.
