Our role is to shape Swedbank’s customer meetings of the future by working on Digital channels strategic vision implementation.

Digital channels Baltics within Channels management Baltics is responsible for customer experience and business growth in Digital channels both internet bank and mobile app. You going to be part of Digital channels Baltic management team and Your mission as area manager for ID tools will be:

• Lead and coordinate activities to ensure a high customers satisfaction of identification tools usage in Baltics.
  
• Consolidate and align developments to ensure the growth of digital channels users and usage in Baltics.
  
• Organize and manage launches of ID tools related developments in Baltics as well as support new products and services launches in digital channels channel.
  
• Participate in ID tools features development prioritization meetings with Group units, third parties and represent Baltic customer voice.

We expect the candidate to have/be:

• High creativity with experience in devising digital projects that engage, inform and motivate.
  
• Experience working with digital ID solutions would be advantage.
  
• Interest in latest trends and best practices in digital commerce and digital transformation.
  
• Analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  
• A strong power of initiative and a capability to deliver with high quality.
  
• Comfortable working in a growing and developing environment over the Baltics.
  
• Fluent English and good communication skills, both written and oral.
  
• University BS/MS degree.
