Baltic Product Manager for Payments

Do you have an extensive knowledge of product development and/or knowledge within the area of payments? Are you interested in taking ownership of one of our most important and profitable products within the payment area?
We are now looking for a solution oriented and business minded Product Manager to lead and develop payments.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be responsible for promoting a clear product vision with customer value in focus.
- Plan, align and execute product roadmap in one of most critical service area.
- Contribute to the product backlog, securing alignment with business goals, customer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Initiate, create input and coordinate product and process improvements implementation;
- Be the natural building block between the stakeholders and IT development organization, defining business requirements and plan activities.
- Work closely with different teams and stakeholders cross 3 Baltic countries
- Follow-up and analyze product profitability: costs, income, statistics;
- Participate in relevant external working groups, when needed.
What is needed in this role
- Solid understanding and deep knowledge of payments area
- Experience from a role in a product organization and/or deep knowledge of payment products from a business perspective.
- A customer centric eagerness to understand pain-points for customers and customer facing staff.
- Analytical skills and a proficient problem solving and business value driven mindset, analyze financials
- Capability to deliver in a changing and fast-moving environment.
- Strong cross-country project and stake holder management skills, “can do” attitude
- A great team player and a strong will to learn and share your knowledge
- Experience of working with IT team and in Harmonize/SAFe methodology;
- Understand product impacted regulations and turn them into business requirements;
- University degree, preferably in Economics or Business Administration or Business IT etc.;
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English and in one of Baltic languages (Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian) based location Tallinn, Riga or Vilnius;
