• Work with the set-up of Swedbank’s counterparties, client’s data and product descriptions;

• Perform client, counterparty onboarding tasks in the relevant banking systems, as well as offboard them;

• Ensure the quality and correctness of our client's and counterparties' data in relevant applications;

• Create, analyze, distribute, and retrieve reconciliation reports for internal stakeholders.

• Operate multiple systems and understand their interactions and dependencies;

• Collaborate with other team members and internal stakeholders to resolve detected discrepancies/issues related to the above mentioned tasks;

• Suggest improvements for current processes and work on developments;

• Enjoy working in an international environment and understand the joys and challenges of multicultural communication.

What is needed in this role:

• An academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or closely related field;

• Motivation and curiosity to learn new things about financial markets and their lifecycle;

• Responsible, proactive, attentive to details, problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform within strict deadlines;

• Ability to work in stressful situations and multitask without compromising quality;

• Strong command of written and spoken English is required since it is our daily working language;

• Interest in improvements and automation of processes;

• Well-organized, motivated, proactive with can-do mindset;

• Ability to establish good relationships with team members and stakeholders, positive attitude.
