Specialist in Data Quality Management
Are you passionate about client data management, reconciliations, collaboration and problem solving?
With us you have the opportunity to:
Work with the set-up of Swedbank’s counterparties, client’s data and product descriptions;
Perform client, counterparty onboarding tasks in the relevant banking systems, as well as offboard them;
Ensure the quality and correctness of our client's and counterparties' data in relevant applications;
Create, analyze, distribute, and retrieve reconciliation reports for internal stakeholders.
Operate multiple systems and understand their interactions and dependencies;
Collaborate with other team members and internal stakeholders to resolve detected discrepancies/issues related to the above mentioned tasks;
Suggest improvements for current processes and work on developments;
Enjoy working in an international environment and understand the joys and challenges of multicultural communication.
What is needed in this role:
An academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or closely related field;
Motivation and curiosity to learn new things about financial markets and their lifecycle;
Responsible, proactive, attentive to details, problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform within strict deadlines;
Ability to work in stressful situations and multitask without compromising quality;
Strong command of written and spoken English is required since it is our daily working language;
Interest in improvements and automation of processes;
Well-organized, motivated, proactive with can-do mindset;
Ability to establish good relationships with team members and stakeholders, positive attitude.
